Col.Pınar ALPER and Mrs.Müge MEMİŞOĞLU AKAR from Center of Excellence Defence Against Terrorism (COE-DAT) participated in Military Strategic Partnership Conference (MSPC) which was held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 23-26 March 2026. As part of the conference, an exhibition was organized featuring representatives from NATO Centers of Excellence and Partnership Training and Education Centers.
